
Buster “Buck” Troglin, 81 of Pikeville passed away Wednesday August 27, 2014 at an area nursing home. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
One of his favorite pastimes was fishing. He was a logger by trade.
Buck was preceded in death by his wife; Ruby, parents; Albert and Bessie Troglin, brothers; Junior, Quinton, Benton, Billy Joe, Randell, Ed, Phillip, Johnny, and Clyde, sisters; Evelyn Bowman, Judy Olinger, Ersie Hitchcox, Pearl Troglin, Goldie Brock, Cleo Brock, and Mary Walker.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children; Ricky Keener, Tony (Lisa) Troglin, and Shelia Johnston, brother; Nelson Troglin, sister; Willa Dean Smith, grandchildren; Beth Johnston, Lake Port, Ca., and Jonathan Keener, great-grandson; Cabe Pankratz, niece; Rita Bickford, several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
A Celebration of Buck’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. on Saturday August 30, 2014 with Bro. Jeremy Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Keener Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Friday.
