Crystal Annette Lewis, age 40 of Pikeville, died Tuesday, February 20, 2019. Crystal enjoyed taking pictures, loved the beach, riding roller coasters and water rafting with her children. She was of the Church of God faith, was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, and friend. Crystal was a 1997 graduate of Bledsoe County High School where she was a cheerleader for four years and served as captain her senior year. She was employed at Cumberland Medical Center in Labor and Delivery as a surgical tech.
Preceding her in death was her brother, Steve Lewis, Jr., grandmother, Christine Warren; grandfather, Leon Tollett.
Survivors include her parents, Steven W. and Connie Annette Warren Lewis; sons, Austin and Logan Watson; daughter, Arica Watson; grandmother, Hazel Tollett; grandfather, Paul Warren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
A celebration of life will be 11:00 am CST Saturday, February 23, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Donnie Lawson officiating. Burial will be in McDowell Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm CST Friday, February 22, 2019 and 8:00 am until service time Saturday. Those serving as pallbearers are Billy Akins, Richard Edmons, Chris Thurman, Brad Hale, Mitch Walker, and Jason Reel.
