Obituary for Judy Brock
Judy Brock, 68 of the Brockdell Community passed away at a Chattanooga area hospital on Tuesday June 9, 2009. She was a devoted homemaker, mother, and grandmother. Judy was preceded in death by her husband; Odean Brock, parents; Ivan and Gladys Smith, brother; Johnny Williams Smith, sisters; Nancy D. Knight, Charlotte Christian, Cindy Prater, and Sally Ruth Noland. She is survived and will be sorely missed by her son; Oivon Brock, daughters; Iva G. Dotson and Miranda G. Everett, brother; Claude Smith, sister; Jessy Maude Bouldin, and 10 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. A celebration of her life will be held in the chapel of Pikeville Funeral Home at 12:00 pm CST Friday June 12, 2009. Burial will be in Odean and Judy Brock Family Cemetery followed by a white dove release. The family will receive friends from 5-9 pm CST Wednesday and throughout the day on Thursday.
